Who We Are
Revenue Logic (“Revenue Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a behavioral-health-exclusive revenue cycle management company headquartered in the Las Vegas metro area, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit revenuelogic.io (the “Site”) or submit a request through our consultation form.
This Privacy Policy covers this website only. It does not describe how protected health information (PHI) is handled on behalf of our treatment center clients — that is addressed separately below under “Protected Health Information and HIPAA.”
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you submit our consultation request form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, work email, phone number, organization name, and any details you share about your billing or revenue cycle needs.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers log standard technical data for every visit — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed — for site operation, security, and performance purposes.
We do not knowingly collect patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive health data through this website’s contact or consultation forms. This Site is intended for behavioral health providers and organizations evaluating our services, not for patients.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to consultation requests and answer questions about our services
- Operate, secure, and improve this website
- Understand general site usage and traffic patterns
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information collected through this Site, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This Site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies required for basic site functionality and security, including processing form submissions and protecting against spam.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us.
- Session recording and heatmaps. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with this Site, such as scrolling and click behavior, so we can improve site usability.
- Call tracking. We use CallRail to attribute phone calls to the marketing source that generated them. Calls to tracked numbers displayed on this Site may be recorded for quality assurance and marketing attribution purposes; by calling a tracked number, you consent to this recording to the extent required by law.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate this Site and respond to your inquiry:
- Service providers. We use third-party vendors to host the Site (WP Engine), process form submissions (Gravity Forms), attribute phone calls (CallRail), and measure site usage (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). These vendors may also use information in accordance with their own privacy policies, linked in the section above.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Revenue Logic, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If Revenue Logic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information collected through this Site may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell or rent personal information collected through this Site to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Protected Health Information and HIPAA
Revenue Logic provides revenue cycle management services to behavioral health treatment centers, and in doing so may act as a Business Associate, as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), on behalf of those treatment centers. Any protected health information (PHI) we handle in the course of providing billing, verification of benefits, utilization review, or related services is governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed with each client and by HIPAA — not by this website Privacy Policy.
This website does not collect PHI, and this Privacy Policy does not serve as a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Individuals seeking information about how their health information is handled should contact their treatment provider directly.
Data Retention
Consultation form submissions are stored within our Gravity Forms system and are retained indefinitely; we do not automatically delete entries after a set period, and submissions are not synced to a separate CRM. If you would like your submitted information deleted, contact us using the information below and we will remove it upon request.
Your Privacy Rights
California and other U.S. state privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we have collected about you, request its deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information collected through this Site. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
All visitors. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you’ve submitted to us through the consultation form at any time by contacting us directly.
Children’s Privacy
This Site is intended for business use by adults evaluating behavioral health revenue cycle management services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through this Site, including working with a hosting provider (WP Engine) that maintains its own security and infrastructure protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
This Site may link to third-party websites, including our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
